Wayfinding is both a practical skill and a spiritual art - those brave enough to shun the convenience of technology and trust in their connection to nature stand to discover the world. Our journals are for all the wayfinders out there who are drawn to explore the unknown: Sketch the view from the mountains you climb, chart the stars that guide your way, and record the wisdom you learn in a journal tough enough to last generations.
Every Wayfinder Journal is crafted and bound by hand and is ideal for those who need a hardy, practical journal to carry with them while they navigate the world. Made from premium, beautifully soft, veg-tanned leather in shades inspired by nature which will only enhance with age and wear and 70 pages of acid-free, 220 gsm, smooth artist's paper.
The Wayfinder is A5 in size - if you are looking for a specific colour or size, or would like to tailor the paper to your needs, drop us an email to see what we can do for you.
The Wayfinder range also includes the Sketch Mini and the Watercolour Journal. Our journals are made to order and will take up to five working days to complete - at busy times of year the lead time can be longer but we will always let you know. Occasionally I will have the order in stock and we'll post the next working day.
The Wayfinder is crafted from real leather and natural marks and blemishes may occur - this is what makes every piece unique. If you have filled your journal and you would like to reuse your journal cover, get in touch to ask us about our rebinding service.

It was a birthday gift for our daughter to take travelling.
Our daughter was very emotional when she opened the (beautifully packaged - thank you Caitlin), journal, and said it was the best gift she'd ever received. It couldn't have been more practical, with both writing and sketching paper, also the clip & bookmarks in it; all in a stunning, bound, leather case.
The process was so easy, we were very indecisive, but Caitlin was very patient and offered some good advice and ideas. Caitlin was also very helpful helping us with the dedication pages, amending the design to suit our daughter's personality and they turned out just perfect.
